How returns work

If you decide to return your order, simply notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing us via our contact form. After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back to us.

Refunds

Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund the full order amount excluding shipping costs within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Estimated return costs are €4.00/€8.00 per package, depending on the carrier.

Product condition

Returned items must be in original condition, carefully handled, and properly packaged. If a product is damaged or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may charge a depreciation fee.
