Processing of Personal Data by PRNCPL

PRNCPL processes your personal data when you participate in an activity or when you are placed on a waiting list for an activity you would like to join. Additionally, we also process personal data of PRNCPL employees, as well as interns and volunteers associated with PRNCPL. We handle this with utmost care and confidentiality. Moreover, we have ensured that appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place to protect personal data.

The processing of personal data can serve various purposes:

Participants in activities

When you participate in an activity organized by PRNCPL, we will record certain information about you. This includes your name, age, and in some cases, your full address. We use this information solely for your participation and do not share it with third parties.

For quality control, we periodically review customer files to assess whether our employees are working according to the agreements. We do not examine the content of the files but focus on their structure and registration method. Additionally, customer files are accessed by our certifying body for ISO certification.

Waiting list

If you wish to participate in an activity for which there is currently no availability, we will place you on a waiting list. For this, we will note your name and contact details such as a phone number and/or email address. We only use this information to contact you at a later time. We do not share this information with third parties.

Interns and volunteers

If you are a intern or volunteer associated with PRNCPL, we process your personal data due to the tasks you perform for PRNCPL. You also sign an agreement for this purpose. More information can be found in PRNCPL's privacy policy. Naturally, we do not share this information with third parties without your knowledge.

Retention period

For all the data we collect about you, we adhere to legal retention periods. This means that we do not retain your data longer than legally permitted.

Disclosure of your data to third parties

We do not disclose participants' data to third parties.

If you are an employee, intern, or volunteer associated with PRNCPL, we do not disclose your data to third parties without your knowledge.

Transfer of your data abroad

PRNCPL does not collaborate with parties located outside the Netherlands.

You have various rights regarding the personal data that PRNCPL processes about you:
